The purpose of this site is to provide a place where people who are
considering dentistry can share information, discuss ideas and provide support
for one another in a positive, meaningful way.
When I was doing initial research before I had
dentistry procedures performed, and I was unable to find much guiding information
- I could not find a place where I could get information from, and establish a dialog
with, others who were considering or who had already found -- dentistry
information. So I sat down, figured out a little HTML, and with some trial and error, I
created this site.
Your Dental Implant

any messages that seem to have been crafted to either insult or scare people who come to
this site for information.
The goal of this site is to provide a
positive forum for discussion. And it is my intention to make sure that this site does
indeed remain a positive forum for information sharing. In keeping with the goals of this
board, I want to set up some ground rules:

site. My visitors are intelligent, computer literate individuals who are looking for a
balanced set of information of the topic of cosmetic dentistry and
implant dentistry, the majority of my
visitors came here specifically because this website provides them with information they
couldn't find elsewhere and it helps to provide some balance.

exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Pennsylvania.
Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced
within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of
action is barred. Your Dental Implant Guide's failure to insist upon or enforce strict
performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any
provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice

Exhibit A - Operating Policies
Your participation in on-line communications
occurs in real time and is not edited, censored, or otherwise controlled by
Your Dental Implant Guide. Your Dental Implant Guide cannot and does not screen content provided by users
of the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Your Dental Implant Guide reserves the right to
monitor content on the Site and to remove content which Your Dental
Implant Guide, in its
sole discretion, determines to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these
