doctor should review the
treatment plan and procedure costs with you prior to your giving them your consent to
proceed. It is a good idea to again review with your dentist the results you
expect from what they are proposing. If risks associated with parts of the treatment
plan are not raised or included, this is a good time to ask for a full explanation of any
